magnetometer from Geotron is just such an instrument. Not only does it measure and display
the total magnetic field of the earth plus the difference between the present and previous
reading. It also stores readings taken, as well as other information, in it's own non-volatile
memory.
Total & Vertical field Magnetometer MCL-5
MCL-5 is our new Total field Magnetometer, based on our Magnetometer advanced and our
clients 'feedback' ,which is according to fluxgate rule and controlled by computer, mainly used
for iron ore exploring. It can measure two parameters of total field and vertical field. When
measuring the total field, the back shelf is backing on body to measure, operation

Fluxgate Magnetometer MCL-2
MCL-2 is the new magnetometer that utilizes computer intelligent control and based on the
magnetic flux principle, and used for investigation of the iron mine and its underground
ferruginous ore. The magnetometer is of simple operation, high resolution, high accuracy and
high performance price ratio. Large-screen LCD can display directly the measured magnetic
intensity nT (gamma), at the same time the temperature, date, electric quantity (battery of the

Magnetic Susecptibility Meter Mag Rock
The magROCK is a new instrument incorporating the latest in display technology and sound
physical principles that enable improved sensitivity and accuracy. By utilising a low 750 Hz
measurement frequency and two ferrite cored coils, the magROCK has overcome problems
often encountered by high frequency, smaller single coil devices such as:
- Erroneous readings caused by the simultaneous measurement of
sample conductivity and susceptibility.
- Lack of penetration of the measurement beyond the surface of the
sample.
terra TEM Time-Domain Em Surevaying System
The terraTEM is a new transient electromagnetic survey system designed and constructed in
Australia. It incorporates a 10 Amp transmitter and a true simultaneous 500 kHz 3-component
receiver. The unit is powered by an external 24 V battery pack system allowing 6-8 hours of
continuous operation. An inbuilt GPS is mounted on the front panel, allowing location
information to be automatically recorded with soundings. All connectors are external to the
case allowing easy transportation without having to shutdown between sites.
